Account Director, Brand Experience

Madisons Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with major retail accounts, driving business growth and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Sales Director in researching accounts and generating sales leads to open new listings across retail grocers and other sales channels.
- Design and deliver product and business presentations to major retailers' buying teams.
- Book appointments with supermarket buyers and head office teams to build relationships and drive business growth.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with retail buying teams, providing promotional support and resolving complaints.
- Liaise with Supply Chain, Warehouse, logistics, and customers to secure well-executed in-store promotions and availability.
- Deliver agreed monthly and three-monthly business sales forecasts.
- Provide customer support for new product launches, including new line information, product codes, and pack samples.
- Resolve complaints and track all processes related to client accounts.
- Previous experience in key account management within major retail supermarkets.
- Knowledge of EDI supermarket systems and commercial business planning/forecasting experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with different clients and departments.
- Analytical skills for analyzing client data and multitasking/time management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks.
- Auto-enrolment pension.
