Marketing Lead Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare logistics company, is seeking a Marketing Lead to join their Nottingham office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an annual marketing strategy aligned with corporate priorities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of crafting dynamic product and brand marketing campaigns, focusing on increasing sales and brand awareness. You will analyse customer insights, market trends, and best marketing practices to create successful strategies.

As a Marketing Lead, you will be an authentic, inclusive leader who builds trust through honesty and values diverse perspectives. You must be a vision-driven motivator, painting compelling pictures of the future and encouraging others to contribute positively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing communications strategy to support the business plan.
  • Manage a specific area, product, or service within the larger marketing strategy, covering development and delivery.
  • Create creative and dynamic marketing campaigns for products, emphasising clear ROI and sales growth opportunities.
  • Develop and update the operational marketing plan in alignment with business goals.
  • Utilise data for insights, demonstrating ROI and KPIs linked to sales growth through internal and external reporting.
  • Gather feedback on product or framework campaigns from key stakeholders, facilitate focus groups with these stakeholders, and ensure effective communication with them.
  • Supervise and report on the performance of a diverse team, establish performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members, and ensure accountability for their achievement.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a matrix organisation, successfully managing complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders, from start to finish. They will be an expert in brand management and development, recognised expert in marketing commercialisation, and skilled in data collection and analysis.
