Senior Carer Opportunity

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Carer to join our Complex Care team. As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex and long-term health conditions to live safely in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Support a number of clients with complex care needs, requiring flexibility to travel to assignments.
  • Work within one of our hubs in Kent, with the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure high-quality care and support.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in care, with previous experience of supporting adults/children with complex care needs.
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle.
  • Evidence of the right to work in the UK.
