We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the success of our digital marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Setup and Management: Set up and manage digital performance marketing campaigns, including coordinating creative assets and tracking URLs.
  • Paid Search and Display: Manage a range of paid search and programmatic display digital marketing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue.
  • Campaign Optimization: Implement ongoing changes to live campaigns to ensure they are running as efficiently as possible.
  • Media Partnerships: Liaise with media companies, such as Google, to ensure effective and accurate delivery of our campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Perform analysis of live or historical campaigns to detect trends in the data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate weekly and monthly channel reporting and insights, with clear recommendations on how to improve performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams across the marketing department to achieve shared goals.


Ideal Candidate:


  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in paid search.
  • Data Analysis: Strong aptitude for data analysis, capable of turning data into actionable insights.
  • Campaign Optimization: Experience with A/B testing and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with experience with Pivot Tables.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, natural problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
