Lead Child Adolescent Psychotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Child Adolescent Psychotherapist/Emotional Difficulties Co-lead to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of psychotherapists and providing high-quality therapeutic services to children and adolescents with emotional difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of psychotherapists in providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents
- Develop and implement effective therapeutic programs and interventions
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide supervision and training to junior staff members
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child and adolescent psychotherapy, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
