Job Title: Operations Manager (ICP Substations)

Reach Active Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management of multiple projects, supporting a wider team of Project Managers and Site Managers
  • Leadership and ownership of all works associated with the RA projects
  • Engagement with RA teams in the delivery of pre-design, safety management, subcontractor evaluation & management, client engagement, and overall project management
  • Managing internal and external resources, providing engineering solutions, and assisting in financial reporting, process management, and quality assurance
  • Liaising with Clients and Stakeholders on projects, providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed client expectations
Requirements:
  • Experience in the utility sector, with respect to site management and product and sector experience and site conditions
  • Good customer service, people skills, and excellent organisation skills
  • Key Competencies: Customer Service, Team Work, Organisation and Planning, Health and Safety, Risk Management
  • Essential: Installation of 11kV Switchgear, Commissioning of switchgear, Earth testing, Jointing appreciation, Substation access up to and including 132kV
Desirable:
  • NRSWA (Supervisor), HNC/HND Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering degree or equivalent relevant industry qualification
