Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate the full recruitment life cycle, from job description creation to offer stages, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information related to candidates and requisitions using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and promote our internal employee referral reward scheme, fostering a culture of collaboration and recognition.
- Organize the recruitment process for Early Careers Programmes, including trainees, apprenticeships, and work experience, to develop the next generation of talent.
- Manage and provide ongoing support for the annual training schedule, ensuring delegate booking and training supplier liaison and coordination.
- Contribute to the HR Project Plan, leading allocated projects to successful conclusion and timely delivery.
