About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our Care Community Teams as a Bank Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality nursing services to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing services and holistic assessments of patients' health needs using a person-centred approach.
  • Work alongside various professionals to provide quality and seamless care to patients.
  • Coordinate patients' care needs, avoiding unnecessary admission to hospital or long-term care settings.
