We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our Care Community Teams as a Bank Staff Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality nursing services to patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver nursing services and conduct holistic assessments of patients' health needs using a person-centred approach.
- Work collaboratively with various professionals to provide seamless care to patients, coordinating their needs and avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions or long-term care settings.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stay up-to-date with local and national priorities, ensuring that care is delivered in line with the latest evidence-based practices.
