Your Role:
- You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they engage with us.
- As part of our premium service, you will be responsible for sourcing new properties, scheduling viewings, and coordinating additional services such as mortgage advice and legal support.
- Your role will involve both office-based tasks and fieldwork, with property viewings being a highlight of your responsibilities.
- You will guide potential buyers through property viewings, highlighting key features and gathering feedback to relay to sellers and colleagues.
- Hosting open house events will also be part of your duties, providing an efficient way to showcase properties.
- Managing our branch's social media presence to promote listings and enhance our brand image will be essential.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred, but a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are paramount.
- A genuine desire to assist clients in their property journey and a passion for helping them find their dream home.
- Reliability, professionalism, and excellent communication skills are essential.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Basic computer skills are necessary, and we will provide training on our internal systems.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to create engaging content is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: Competitive with additional guaranteed earnings during the initial months.
- On Target Earnings: Potential to earn between £25,000 and £30,000.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, with one Saturday off each month.
