Your Role:
- As the first point of contact for our clients, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, whether they are buying or selling their property.
- Delivering a premium service, you will engage in activities such as prospecting for new listings, coordinating viewings, and facilitating additional services like mortgages and conveyancing.
- Your role will involve both office-based tasks to generate new business and on-site viewings, allowing you to showcase properties and highlight their unique features.
- Hosting open houses and managing social media accounts to promote properties and enhance our brand presence.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience in a sales role within the real estate sector is advantageous.
- A positive and proactive attitude is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine desire to assist clients in their property journey, with the ability to make their experience memorable.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a professional appearance are crucial.
- Basic computer skills are necessary, and a full driving license is required.
- Proficiency in creating engaging content for social media platforms is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Competitive, with additional guaranteed earnings during the initial months.
- On Target Earnings: Potential to earn between £25,000 and £30,000.
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, with one Saturday off each month.
