Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at HVAC Total FM Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial performance management of the contract
- Full profit and loss responsibility
- Effective management of SHEQ risks
- Development of working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors
- Maintenance of strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors
- Setting, monitoring, and controlling SLAs
- Identification of potential growth opportunities within the contract
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing similar-sized FM contracts, with a strong technical background and previous management experience in the FM/Building Services or Engineering Sector. Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and business intelligence are essential for this role.
