Hourly Rate: £19.59 PAYE / £24.13 Umbrella

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tenancy Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenancy fraud cases, investigating anti-social behaviour, and enforcing tenancy agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Tenancy Fraud Cases: Investigate and manage tenancy fraud cases, including conducting investigations and tasking colleagues to investigate locally.
  • Investigate Anti-Social Behaviour: Conduct thorough investigations into reports of anti-social behaviour, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Enforce Tenancy Agreements: Prepare legal files and manage legal action for tenancy enforcement, working with solicitors, process servers, and bailiffs.
  • Represent the Organisation: Represent the housing association at court for tenancy fraud, ASB, and other tenancy-related legal cases as required.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Liaise with the Police and other partners to acquire evidence for identifying fraud and/or criminal proceedings.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in tenancy fraud and ASB case management.
  • Investigation Skills: Ability to conduct thorough investigations and manage complex cases.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and liaison skills with the ability to work with a variety of internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of Legal Processes: Knowledge of the legal processes involved in tenancy enforcement and fraud.
