About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Tenancy Enforcement Specialist. This is a full-time permanent position based at Mulliner House, London, with the option for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization's approach to anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud, and other tenancy breaches, providing a first-class service to residents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Identify incidents of anti-social behaviour and work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to stop it.
  • Manage, monitor, and respond to enquiries and complaints of ASB, ensuring the appropriate action is taken and detailed information and advice is given to improve overall satisfaction.
  • Identify issues of tenancy fraud and work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to obtain possession of the property and create an income by applying for Unlawful Profit Orders.
  • Raise awareness with residents, stakeholders, and colleagues regarding anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud.
  • Provide awareness and practical training to all areas of the organization.
  • Create, renew, and provide training on relevant policies and procedures and internal documents.

About You

  • Experience in delivering an exceptional customer-focused service to a diverse range of customers, both internal and external.
  • Significant experience in anti-social-behaviour and tenancy fraud case management and relevant criminal and civil legislation.
  • Proven experience in preparing legal notices and witness statements.
  • Working knowledge of Safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing resources effectively to meet demand.
  • Ability to inspire others.
  • Experience in dealing with residents sensitively in challenging situations.
