Job Overview: Tenancy Enforcement & Fraud Officer

The Guinness Partnership is on the lookout for a committed professional to fill the role of Tenancy Enforcement & Fraud Officer on a full-time, permanent basis. This position is integral to our mission of fostering a secure and harmonious living environment. The successful candidate will spearhead initiatives aimed at tackling anti-social behavior, tenancy fraud, and other tenancy violations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to identify and mitigate incidents of anti-social behavior.
  • Address and manage inquiries and complaints related to anti-social behavior, ensuring that appropriate measures are implemented.
  • Detect instances of tenancy fraud and initiate necessary actions to reclaim properties.
  • Promote awareness of anti-social behavior and tenancy fraud among residents and stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions on relevant policies and procedures for staff members.
