Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Stylist to join our team at Mejuri. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized styling services to customers, leveraging product knowledge and expertise to create a memorable and customized experience.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective clienteling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain visual displays.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and customer feedback to provide informed suggestions and recommendations.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience through efficient checkout processes, accurate transactions, and effective communication.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to new products and trends.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the store team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
