About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Stylist to join our team at Mejuri. As a Retail Stylist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and style our products for customers, leveraging product knowledge and expertise to deliver a personalized shopping experience.
  • Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor, building strong relationships and promoting the Mejuri brand.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective clienteling and sales techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and maintain a high level of visual merchandising expertise.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
