Role Overview:

The Retail Stylist role is a key position within Mejuri's retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Stylist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing personalized styling advice and product knowledge to create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and style Mejuri products for customers, leveraging product knowledge and creativity to delight customers.
  • Engage with customers on the sales floor, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Drive sales growth through effective clienteling and sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on Mejuri products, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, collaborating with the retail team to achieve sales and customer experience goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong product knowledge and styling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
