About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Stylist to join our team at Mejuri. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized styling services to customers, leveraging product knowledge and expertise to create unforgettable experiences.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective clienteling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, maintain visual displays, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and customer feedback to provide informed suggestions and recommendations.
  • Assist with daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and styling skills, with the ability to create personalized recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
