We are seeking a skilled and passionate KS1 Teacher to join our team of teaching staff at Teaching Personnel. As a dedicated KS1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons to KS1 students, meeting the needs of all learners.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
- Assess student progress, using effective assessment strategies to inform teaching.
- Manage Teaching Assistants effectively, to support student learning.
- Immerse yourself in the school community, promoting the ethos and building relationships with children, staff, and families.
- Have a strong understanding of Safeguarding practices, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Class Teacher with experience in Primary Schools, specifically in KS1.
- Hard-working, organised, and committed to raising standards.
- Strong behaviour management skills, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Excellent understanding of the KS1 curriculum, to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
- Set high expectations to enable children to achieve.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
