Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Document Controller with Site Administration experience to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation using SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control all project documentation using SharePoint.
- Handle the correspondence and management of engineering drawings.
- Perform site administrative tasks, including maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and supporting site management.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible to the project team.
- Assist with the distribution and tracking of documents across departments.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller and Site Administrator within the civil engineering or construction sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint for document management.
- Experience in managing engineering drawings and related correspondence.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
