We are currently seeking a Construction Admin/Document Controller to join our team intially based in Dover, Kent.

The role is to ensure that all project documentation is up to date, available and easily accessible by the management team. You would be responsible for ensuring that the management team is informed of updated information as it becomes available.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Copy, scan and store documentation.
- Check for accuracy and editing of files.
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Create templates for future use.
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.

**Skills**:

- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time to meet deadlines whilst being well organised, resilient and motivated.
- Excellent time management skills, working to tight deadlines.
- Microsoft Excel and IT skills
- Good numeracy skills essential
- Should have background and interest in construction, ideally working in construction already.
- Excellent, communication
- Problem solving skills - with ability to find solutions.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Familiarity with project management
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Willingness to travel
- Must hold a full driver’s licence

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
