About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Novus Property Solutions. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple sites, ensuring the smooth running of projects, and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site teams, work activities, and resources to meet contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to ensure accurate and timely contract documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate site hazards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of estimates, bids, and tenders.
  • Develop and manage projects with multiple site locations using a master programme.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in Planned refurbishment Works, Social Housing, and tenanted properties.
  • Good working knowledge of Internal and External refits.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage costs.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to sites daily.
  • SMSTS or associated NVQ qualification and proficiency in MS Office.
