Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction division in the Newcastle area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from conception to completion.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader to make an impact on our business and our clients. You will be reporting into the Head of Construction and will be part of a fantastic team that includes working supervisors, Assistant Site Managers, Project Managers, and Contracts Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Manage and motivate a team of technicians
  • Ensure quality control and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Site Management
  • Strong technical expertise in Site Management
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in project management and documentation
