We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction division, who strives to become the foremost SME building contractor in the North East. As a team, we endeavour to create innovative and modern solutions with integrity, striving for a reputation built on trust, quality, and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of technicians to deliver projects from conception to completion.
- Lead by example, personifying our Core Values and ensuring a client-focused and result-driven approach.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure quality control and continuous improvement, with a focus on detail-oriented mindset.
- Utilize knowledge of relevant software and tools used in project management and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Site Management.
- Strong technical expertise in Site Management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality control and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in project management and documentation.
