About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction division, who will play a key role in delivering projects from conception to completion. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including supervising site staff, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site rules, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control site costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Coordinate and manage site logistics, including transportation, storage, and waste management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in site management, including knowledge of relevant software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
