Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Engagement: Handle incoming booking inquiries through various channels, offering guests comprehensive information about our offerings and availability.
  • Reservation Processing: Ensure accurate processing of reservations, including room bookings and special requests, while meticulously recording all details.
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, modifications, and cancellations, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Sales Enhancement: Proactively promote hotel services, room upgrades, and special packages to enrich the guest experience and optimize revenue.
  • Administrative Duties: Support administrative functions related to reservations, including generating daily reports and managing booking records.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, aligning guest needs with housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage teams.
  • Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • High standards of grooming and a positive attitude towards work.
  • Flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
