Role Overview

As a Gaming Room Manager, you will lead your team of dealers to cultivate a thriving gaming environment. Your expertise and experience will be essential in entertaining guests, keeping your team motivated, and maintaining a focus on business objectives. Each day will present new challenges that will test your skills.


It is crucial to possess a thorough understanding of the rules and to deliver a professionally managed poker experience. Efficiency and precision are key, but the true art lies in executing these tasks with flair, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.


In this role, you will have the autonomy to operate within a supportive framework, enabling you to provide outstanding poker games through excellent service, a well-trained team, and the ability to seize opportunities as they arise.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming guests into the establishment

  • Assisting the Management Team with new initiatives, budget oversight, and positively advancing the business

  • Proactively adhering to all regulations, particularly regarding licensing and responsible gambling

Qualifications
  • Positive demeanor
  • Proven experience in a hospitality setting
  • (Preferred) Prior experience as a poker dealer or supervisor
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the games offered in the poker room
  • Passionate about delivering an unparalleled customer experience
  • Able to collaborate effectively with the broader organization
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Adaptable to change and open to new methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution capabilities
