About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our team as a Senior Associate. As a key member of our Residential Property department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business plan to drive growth and expansion of our Residential Property practice
  • Manage and lead a team of solicitors and support staff to deliver high-quality client service and achieve business objectives
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and contribute to the development of our Residential Property team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to drive business growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices to ensure our team is equipped to deliver exceptional client service
Requirements
  • 8+ years' PQE in Residential Property law, gained at a strong regional or City firm
  • Experience of all aspects of mainstream residential real estate work, with minimal supervision
  • Strong academic background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work and documentation
  • Interest in and aptitude for business development and a proven ability to meet the demands of high-value conveyancing
