About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Residential Property team at Birketts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and development, while providing exceptional client service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business plan to drive growth and expansion of our Residential Property practice
  • Lead and manage a team of solicitors and support staff to deliver high-quality client service and achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business development and growth
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of Residential Property law
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify opportunities for business growth and development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to drive growth and expansion

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years' PQE in Residential Property law, with a strong track record of business development and growth
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of solicitors and support staff to deliver high-quality client service and achieve business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Strong technical expertise in Residential Property law, with the ability to provide guidance and support to junior team members
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of Residential Property law
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
