About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Associate to join our Private Client teams in the South East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing your own caseload, providing guidance and support to clients, and undertaking a broad range of work in private client law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and prioritizing your own caseload, including estate planning, drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning.
  • Providing guidance and support to clients, including charities, on private client law matters.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in private client law and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 6 years' or more PQE in private client law.
  • Experience in all areas of private client law, including estate planning, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to put clients at ease.
  • STEP qualification preferred but not essential.
