We are currently in search of Care Professionals to assist our clients with the following responsibilities:

  • Personal Care Support: Deliver hands-on assistance with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, while honoring the dignity and privacy of each individual.
  • Meal Assistance: Help clients with meal planning and preparation, considering their dietary preferences, restrictions, and nutritional requirements.
  • Medication Support: Remind clients to take their medications as prescribed and assist with medication management as necessary, ensuring compliance with medication schedules and dosage guidelines.
  • Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with clients by engaging in conversation, participating in recreational activities, accompanying them on outings, and providing emotional support and encouragement.
  • Household Assistance: Aid clients with light housekeeping duties such as tidying living areas, doing laundry, changing bedding, and organizing belongings to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Transportation Support: Offer transportation assistance to clients for errands, appointments, and social activities, utilizing your own vehicle.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure continuity of care, report any changes in clients' conditions or needs, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
