We are currently in search of Care Professionals to assist our clients with a variety of essential tasks:

  • Personal Care Support: Deliver hands-on assistance with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, while honoring the dignity and privacy of each individual.
  • Nutritional Assistance: Help clients with meal planning and preparation, considering their dietary preferences, restrictions, and nutritional requirements.
  • Medication Management: Remind clients to take their medications as directed and assist with medication organization as necessary, ensuring compliance with prescribed schedules and dosages.
  • Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with clients by engaging in conversation, participating in recreational activities, accompanying them on outings, and providing emotional support.
  • Domestic Support: Aid clients with light housekeeping duties such as tidying living areas, doing laundry, changing bedding, and organizing personal belongings to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
  • Transportation Services: Offer transportation assistance to clients for errands, appointments, and social activities, utilizing your own vehicle.
  • Effective Communication: Ensure open and clear communication with clients, their families, and the care team to maintain continuity of care, report any changes in clients' conditions or needs, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
