We are currently in search of Care Professionals to assist our clients with the following responsibilities:

  • Personal Care Support: Offer direct assistance with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, while honoring the dignity and privacy of each individual.
  • Meal Assistance: Help clients with meal planning and preparation, considering their dietary preferences, restrictions, and nutritional requirements.
  • Medication Support: Remind clients to take their medications as directed and assist with medication management, ensuring compliance with prescribed schedules and dosages.
  • Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with clients by engaging in conversation, participating in recreational activities, accompanying them on outings, and providing emotional support.
  • Domestic Assistance: Aid clients with light housekeeping duties such as tidying living areas, doing laundry, changing bed linens, and organizing personal belongings to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
  • Transportation Aid: Offer transportation support to clients for errands, appointments, and social activities, utilizing your own vehicle.
  • Effective Communication: Ensure open and clear communication with clients, their families, and the care team to guarantee continuity of care, report any changes in clients' conditions or needs, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
