VP Investor Relations and Corporate Development

Deliveroo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Investor Relations and Corporate Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the company's strategic direction by evaluating and pursuing external growth opportunities, and developing and communicating our equity story to the investor and analyst community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of Deliveroo's investor relations strategy, including investor engagement, communications, and analytics.
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape the company's strategic direction and identify external growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and the media.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive growth.
- Manage and analyze data to inform investor relations and corporate development strategies.
- 10+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing investor relations strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
