We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Midas Selection Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of accounts across a designated area, focusing on convenience retail, symbol retailers, ethnic specialist retailers, and discount retailers.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are passionate about selling to convenience retail and who would like to be rewarded by a direct performance-related commission scheme. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts across a designated area

  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who has a proven track record of success in sales and business development. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of the convenience retail market and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
