Care Trainer Professional

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Care Trainer to join our team at Connect2Care. As a leading training provider in the care industry, we are committed to transforming lives through apprenticeships.
Your Key Responsibilities- Work with adult care apprentices in their care homes and online, using your industry knowledge to train the next generation of care.
- Meet new apprentices and discuss their learning needs, explaining how English and maths are important in care to support their functional skills.
- Visit employers and provide feedback on their apprentices' skills, developing relationships with employers in your area.
- Complete administrative and planning tasks, using Google Suite and internal platforms and systems.
We are looking for a care professional with demonstrable experience at Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager level. You will need a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care (or similar) and a good grasp of technology and administrative skills. A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region are also required.
