Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training to adult care apprentices in their care homes and online.
- Use your industry expertise to train and develop the skills of our apprentices.
- Meet with new apprentices to discuss their learning needs and provide guidance.
- Explain the importance of English and maths in care, supporting apprentices with their functional skills.
- Visit employers to provide feedback on their apprentices' skills and develop relationships with employers in your area.
- Complete administrative and planning tasks using Google Suite and internal platforms and systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience at Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager level.
- A Level 3 qualification in Adult Care (or similar).
- A good grasp of technology and administrative skills.
- Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
- A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
