About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Care Trainer to join our team at HIT Training. As an Adult Care Trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of care professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training to adult care apprentices in their care homes and online.
  • Use your industry expertise to train and develop the skills of our apprentices.
  • Meet with new apprentices to discuss their learning needs and provide guidance.
  • Explain the importance of English and maths in care, supporting apprentices with their functional skills.
  • Visit employers to provide feedback on their apprentices' skills and develop relationships with employers in your area.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience at Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager level.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Adult Care (or similar).
  • A good grasp of technology and administrative skills.
  • Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
  • A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
