About the RoleAs a Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients, including companionship, home help, personal care, and medication administration. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop a tailored care plan to meet their requirements.
You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique story and needs. Our clients value the companionship and social interaction that our Care Professionals provide, and we are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with them.
What We OfferAs a Care Professional with Home Instead Maidstone, you will benefit from:
- A competitive rate of pay, with rates of £13.25 per hour for Monday to Friday, £15.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday, and £15.00 per hour for Monday to Friday 8pm-10pm, £17.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday 8pm-10pm.

- Double time for Bank Holidays.
