Join Our Team as a Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Maidstone. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients, including companionship, home help, personal care, and medication administration. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a care plan that meets their individual requirements.

You will also be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, open communication, and a commitment to delivering outstanding care. We offer a range of benefits, including competitive rates of pay, paid travel time and expenses, and access to our digital care management system.

What We Offer
  • Competitive rates of pay: £13.25 per hour (Monday to Friday), £15.00 per hour (Saturday and Sunday), and £17.00 per hour (unsociable hours)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a driving license and access to your own vehicle, as you will be required to transport clients to appointments and activities.
