About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Care Trainer to join our team at Connect2Care. As an Adult Care Trainer, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with the next generation of care professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Work with adult care apprentices in their care homes and online to deliver high-quality training and support.
  • Use your industry knowledge to train and develop the skills of adult care apprentices.
  • Meet with new apprentices and discuss their learning needs and goals.
  • Explain the importance of English and maths in care and provide support to apprentices in developing their functional skills.
  • Visit employers and provide feedback on the skills and progress of their apprentices.
  • Develop relationships with employers in your area and work collaboratively to meet their training needs.
  • Complete administrative and planning tasks using Google Suite and internal platforms and systems.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience at Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager level. You will also need a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care (or similar) and a good grasp of technology and administrative skills. A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region are also essential.
