About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Cardiff team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a high-performing team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the estate agency team to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and business development opportunities.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve sales skills.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in estate agency at a senior negotiator position, property valuer position, or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create and implement business plans, monitor and assess performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to estate agency.
  • Ability to work under own initiative, manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads, and prioritize tasks effectively.
