Your Role and Responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity for caring and dedicated individuals to join our well-established service, supporting three individuals with learning disabilities and mobility challenges. Your role will involve promoting their choices, wellbeing, and independence.

The service operates from a cozy three-bedroom property featuring a spacious garden and shared communal areas. The individuals you will support enjoy a variety of activities, including listening to music, baking, and relaxing in their home and garden, especially during pleasant weather. They are friendly, chatty, and kind, and thrive with support that is laid-back, motivating, and encouraging.
