About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and skilled Support Workers to join a well-established service, assisting three individuals. This service focuses on supporting people with learning disabilities and mobility challenges while promoting their choices, wellbeing, and independence. The setting includes a three-bedroom property with a spacious garden and shared communal areas.
The individuals we support enjoy a variety of activities, such as listening to music, baking, watching television, and appreciating their home and garden, particularly during pleasant weather. They describe themselves as friendly, chatty, and kind, and the ideal support workers are those who are relaxed, motivated, and encouraging.
Shifts typically run from 8 AM to 11 PM, with additional sleep-in shifts available.
