About the Role

We are seeking a kind, caring, and friendly individual to join our team as a Live-in Carer. As a Live-in Carer, you will provide support and companionship to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management
  • Prepare meals and maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements

  • Experience in care or a related field is not essential, but a passion for building relationships and supporting others is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to work varied shifts
