About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Third in Charge to join our team at Busy Bees Reading International Nursery.
As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
- Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to support children's learning and development.
- Work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets regulatory requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
