**Role: Nursery Third in Charge**

**Salary: Up to £27,500**

We are working with a Nursery in Reading who are looking for a Third in Charge to join their setting.

The Nursery has great transport links.

The Nursery considers itself a home from home Nursery with lots of rooms and space.

In this role you will:

- Support the Nursery Management Team in achieving occupancy targets
- Be the first point of contact for any parent queries for children in your room
- Lead your team by setting an exemplary standard
- Carry out audits within the room

You must have the following;
- Full and relevant Early Years qualification
- Full understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS
- Recent experience working within childcare
- Understanding of the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience of leading a team and dealing with staff issues
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety requirements
