**About the Role**:
Be an idea-generator constructing conventions channel plans designed to grow US Advanced Wound Care market share. Use your creativity and passion to create and execute both in-person and virtual conventions-related programs that meet AWC business objectives. Work with personnel at all levels. Collaborate and consult with global marketing, regional marketing, medical education, and marketing communications team members. Lead decision-making process. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility organization. Act as a Convatec brand steward. This role would report into the US Commercial Marketing Director for AWC.

**A Day in the Life**:
You will be responsible for leading key marketing conventions initiatives and programs to help drive revenue and market share for US AWC.

**Key responsibilities and authority**:

- Collaborate with key marketing stakeholders, you will develop US AWC conventions plans designed to ensure successful response from health care professionals.
- You will develop and execute a multi-dimensional, multi business conference logistics strategy that engages customers and supports AWC objectives.
- Ensure US AWC Convention Marketing initiatives are measured and reported to demonstrate effective execution.
- Monitor conventions and society competitive trends and activities.
- Manage third-party meeting budgets for all AWC marketing.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and cross-functional partners within the AWC organization and across Convatec.
- You will work with Compliance, Contracts and Marketing to determine the appropriate level of participation in various conventions-related activities, e.g., promotions, education, tech suites, learning theaters, customer engagement, webinars, etc.
- You will work with marketing communications on promotions planning and execution.
- You will provide strategic, proactive, comprehensive project management by establishing and managing timelines and budgets.
- You will work with Corporate Conventions and vendors to arrange space, literature, hotels, equipment rental, and set-up and dismantling of the exhibit.
- You will plan and coordinate the routing of exhibits shipped for the convention program.
- You will develop plans, budgets, and generates reports providing information on cost-per-contact, audience profiles, and representatives' comments.
- You will support maintaining and managing conventions dashboards and tracking.
- You will follow compliance, quality, legal and regulatory requirements.
- You will ensure plans adhere to Corporate Conventions guidelines and Convatec master brand.

**Education/Qualifications**:_(to be considered, these minimum qualifications must be evident on your resume)_
- Previous conventions or event planning experience; experience working with direct medical sales force highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of marketing experience (five years with Advanced Degree); Master's degree highly preferred
- Project and budget management experience
- Healthcare experience highly preferred
- Experience working with direct medical sales force.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to travel a minimum of approximately 40% of time.
