About the Position

39 hours per week

Location: Edinburgh and West Lothian

Salary: £28,000 + additional on-call payments

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals with a background in managing or supporting teams in delivering exceptional care and assistance.

About You

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals of all ages with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
  • Proficiency in person-centered planning techniques and a track record of leading effective support practices.
  • Strong facilitation skills to empower staff teams in taking ownership of the quality of care provided.
  • Excellent communication abilities to engage with individuals we support, team members, families, and external professionals.
  • Experience in creating and implementing comprehensive service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments while managing individual budgets.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
