In response to our ongoing national expansion, we are enhancing our management teams to empower our frontline staff in delivering exceptional, tailored care to those we serve.
We are in search of enthusiastic and skilled individuals with a background in managing or supporting teams to provide outstanding care services.
About You
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals of all ages who have learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
- Proficiency in employing person-centered planning methodologies alongside delivering and overseeing exemplary support practices.
- Strong facilitation abilities to motivate staff teams to take ownership and accountability for the quality of care they provide.
- Effective communication skills to engage with the individuals we support, staff teams, families, and external care professionals.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments while managing individual budgets.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks while working under pressure.
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
